The Northeast region’s 10-year destination development strategy has moved from planning into implementation after collaborative creation and review with local tourism partners. The Northeastern BC Destination development area stretches from the northern limit of the Alaska Highway to the Yukon-BC border down south to Prince George, and from the Alberta border to the western edge of the Muskwa Kechika Management area.
